A Marketing Must - Whatever role you are assigned; whether it be Presenter, Events Coordinator, Assistant, online social networking specialist, or to work in marketing, or branding, or SEO you will be required to promote ticket sales to your network of friends and associates. You may keep the money. But promotion is a must, necessary to assist with audience building even if you eventually do become the music director or lighting specialist.

Think ‘Me’ - You are expected to think and act like an entrepreneur, not as an employee, to see this as ‘your’ show to develop and promote. At all times you must act to advance the show’s objective; to awaken others to their human potential and unlimited mental capital.

Tickets - Sell at $40 each and will admit one or two persons per ticket (sorry no singles!) Up to 1,000 thousand tickets, representing $40,000 in revenues is made available free at management’s discretion to new teams opening new show locations for resell. This generates cash flow and helps get a new show off the ground.

Ticket Incomes - You retain all revenues from all tickets sold by you. This initial compensation structure may continue at management’s discretion till your team or you personally make good income/s from signups at the show or business sponsors.

Mandate - You are mandated to safeguard both the show’s format and its marketing system. You are specifically prohibited from discussing, disseminating or sharing of certain information or marketing systems and/or upcoming programs you may be privy to; which the show’s producers and developers believe will be key to developing an international production that may run simultaneously in several countries.

Locations - The show is mounted at locations of the Producers’ choice. It will look to expand to several locations regionally and internationally. As such you may in time become eligible for managing a new show team elsewhere, or promoted to head up some new department. All of this is up to you. Everything depends on the juice and energies you are prepared to invest.
